Important Billing Information
Bills are sent out on the 1st day of each month, and are due no later than the 15th.
To all of our customers that abide by these policies, we thank you.
Customers having their credit cards debited, will see no change in the normal procedure.
Any account that is past due on the 1st business day after the 15th of
the month is subject to have their
service discontinued.
Loss of service will be restored only after the bill is paid in full and a $10.00 reconnect fee has been paid.
This action is being taken so that Entersoft can keep our pricing structure at its present level.
Changing Your Account Status
Due to the fact that our business is growing everyday, please help us make an effort
to ensure account requests are filled. If you want to change your account for any reason, please submit these
changes in writing. When EnterSoft receives the change in writing, the change will go into effect on the 1st day of the following month.
Please remember that there will be no changes made to any account unless submitted in writing to EnterSoft
