  1. You may reach us during our business hours (8:30 am - 6 pmi, Monday - Friday) toll free at 1-888-276-4376. If all of our representatives are busy when you call, please leave a message - we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also reach us via email at support@portbridge.com.
  2. When you place a support call, please try to be in front of your PC and be prepared to give the following information:

  • Name and Account Type
  • Operating System Type and Version
  • Windows Type and Version
  • Internet Software and Version
  • Modem Brand, Speed and Comm Port
  • Nature of the Problem
  • Any Error Messages You've Received, Word for Word
